Main general requirements and activities:
• Composites materials and technologies knowledge for aeronautical components. 5 years of experience
• Manufacturing process definition for composites technologies
• Co-design with specific Material and Process, Design and Stress for the manufacturing capability dossier approval and signature.
• Definition, set up and industrialization of industrial systems of composites manufacturing components according to the Program strategy (rates, recurrent costs,…)
• Analysis of manufacturing results based on nondestructive and destructive inspections
• Framework inside the Composites manufacturing requirements Airbus standards
• Project management experience, planning management and control, risk analysis, PFMEA, and PDCAs.
• Health and Safety in an industrial environment Basic knowledge
