I. JOB SUMMARY
• Responsible for managing & strengthening company-wide activities to ensure the legal compliance on Laws and the internal rules/ regulations.
• Managing resources (people, budgets, etc.), using resources efficiently & appropriately to promote the implementation of Department/ Section goals.
• Managing the Legal & Compliance Section to expand and strengthen its business, function
and structure.
