Payroll Processing Compliance

Prepare monthly salary input.

Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.

Prepare statutory documents- PF monthly payments applying for E-nomination, PF withdrawals, monthly pension fund and update the Members record in the PF portal, Annual Bonus Return filing, MLWF payments (half yearly) etc.

Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payments of employees.

Proficiency in payroll software and systems with experience in implementing and managing payroll systems

Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and payroll-related statutory requirements.

Generate payroll reports for management whenever required.

Maintaining the Personal File of Employees.

HR Operations Employee Records

Manage Employee lifecycle.

Process ID Business Card Requisitions

Maintain Ensure Data integrity in HRIS for employee data and records.
