My client, a commodities distribution company based in the CBD, requires an experienced Accounting Officer who has exposure to Sales Administration within the logistics/fmcg enviroment, fulfilling duties within logisitics and dealing with sales orders to join their establishment. Duties Include
• Banking
• Reporting of bank balances daily
• Payment of supplier invoices
• Banking administrator
• Inter-account transfers
• Filing of bank statements
• Sales Orders
• Prepare and send order costings to supplier
• Prepare and update Order Reconciliation with new orders and incoming payments
• Prepare and update Order Summary reports per file per client
• Process pro-forma invoices based on new order requests and truck number allocation
