Introduction

Diplomat South Africa is recruiting for the role of Sales Representative - Tier 2 (Sales and Merchandising) based in KwaZulu-Natal (Pietermaritzburg). This position will report to the Regional Manager.

Job Objective

To manage the merchandising team and ensure that all customers receive a professional merchandising service. This role includes the execution and implementation of merchandising standards and ensuring compliance with Diplomat SA's policies, practices, and procedures. To implement the sales strategy in the allocated region for all the customers in that region. The main purpose is to achieve sales targets and revenue margins by ensuring that the right products are in the right place at the right time. The execution of the sales plans for allocated customers shall be in compliance with Diplomat SA's policies, practices and procedures. For Pharma: to conduct detailing of active ingredients in pharmacy products.
