The role will be responsible for the execution, but not limited to, the following key functions:

- Processing of RFQs below R500 000

- Processing of SAP RFQ’s and Purchase Orders

- Communicating with internal customers to ensure clear understanding of their needs

- Communicating with internal customers of technical specifications within a short turnaround time

- Updating and maintaining a sourcing file in accordance to organisation’s protocols

- Perform other ad hoc responsibilities within SCM.

- Render administrative support to the Unit.

Qualifications
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or CIPS Level 4
