CLINICAL NURSE AT NURTURE VEREENIGING – GAUTENG

Minimum Salary: R33 481.65 Cost to Company

QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING:
• Diploma or Degree in General Nursing Science.
• Registration with Professional Bodies: SANC.
• 5 years nursing experience in a clinical environment and 2 years in leadership position.

KEY COMPETENCIES/OUTCOMES:
• Ensuring the correct and on time billing and adequate storage of stock, & equipment.
• Providing effective, collaborative leadership to the nursing team.
• Supporting, coaching and educating the nursing team.
• Ensuring adequate cover of the ward with nursing care.
• Develop care plans with the IDT and attend L1 Huddle as well as ITM/PTM & Bed Bookings.
• Ensure the daily credible and on time capturing of all Nursing related data on Nurture Mx.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehab journey.
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of patient care.
