Introduction:
Our client supplies industrial equipment to their clients and manages the installation, maintenance and repairs on these equipment as well as the automation, technology control and combustion. They require the skills of a Mechanical Design Engineer to take the lead on all design work.

Duties & Responsibilities

Position: Mechanical Design Engineer
Industry: Industrial Energy Industry
Location: Germiston Gauteng
Salary: R 100K - R120K per month
Start date: ASAP

Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12.
• BEng / BSc Mechanical Engineering {University graduate}
• MSc / MEng {Masters qualification in engineering}
• Minimum 10 years’ experience post qualifications.
• Registered Professional Engineer with ECSA.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Mathcad, Bentley Auto Pipe & Auto Vessel, Inventor, Nastran, Revit, Plant 3D.

Responsibilities:
• Pressure vessel and pressure piping design and drawings {ASME, EN}
• Pressure equipment signoff as per SANS347.
