Permanent position for experienced SITE AGENT based at various sites located across the Free State, North West and Limpopo provinces.

The purpose of this role is to lead a single, low to medium value project, against scope, safety, time, quality, cost, and productivity standards, through translation and achievement of financial goals, stakeholder management, commercial management, operational delivery and oversight.
• South African Citizens will be preferred** Successful candidates will have the following:

• Expert knowledge and skills in construction management
• Excellent planning skills and proficient with CCS
• Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
• Financial and budgeting control skills
