• Develop and execute a Sales Strategy to expand VN Market.
• Expand market share through strategic initiatives and targeted sales efforts.
• Build and manage a team of sales representatives and provide them with the training and support they need to be successful.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
• Develop specific sales strategies to achieve the company's strategic planning and annual sales goals for the Vietnamese market. Take responsibility for overall business management and team building.
• Develop targeted marketing strategies, channel strategies, product strategies, pricing strategies, and competition strategies. Implement monitoring and evaluation systems to track results and make timely corrections as needed.

Requirements
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience in manufacturing/ industry or related industry
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required;
• People management experience is a must
