Job Purpose

Mainly supervising and managing the PH SSC office finance staff

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

The Primary Indicator Will Be
• Duties performed within strict timelines
• Assist the team to stay on top of No Backlog
• Supervise and manager SSC PH Finance Team Secondary indicators will include:
• Accuracy of completion of duties
• Clear, concise communications internally & externally

Job Duties
• Lead and manage the PH SSC Finance staff by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear goals and objectives for the team and individuals, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.
