As a Customer Service Assistant - Logistics, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient handling of customer service inquiries and requests related to logistics and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:

Ticket Management: Monitor and manage incoming customer service tickets related to logistics. Check for new open tickets and ensure they are promptly addressed.
