As a Customer Service Assistant - Logistics, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient handling of customer service inquiries and requests related to logistics and supply chain operations. You will play a crucial role in coordinating between departments, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all open tickets are promptly addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
Ticket Management: Monitor and manage incoming customer service tickets related to logistics. Check for new open tickets and ensure they are promptly addressed.
Ticket Assignment: Assign incoming tickets to the appropriate personnel or departments based on the nature of the inquiry or request. Ensure that tickets are routed to the correct team for resolution.
Multiple Ticket Check: Regularly review open tickets to identify instances of multiple open tickets for the same issue or customer. Take necessary actions to consolidate and streamline communication.
