O objetivo principal desta função é pra cumprir os requisitos do programa de estágio técnico aprovado pela zona, isso inclui uma série de cursos e exames IBD para se tornar um técnico cervejeiro, demonstrando uma forte paixão por fabricação de cerveja e completar as funções de actuação (estágio), especificamente na área de cerveja e na função de gerente. Este é um programa de 18 meses.
