Roles And Responsibility
• Generate excitement and engagement on social media platforms for upcoming partnerships and events.
• Tag relevant stakeholders in social media posts to maximize visibility and collaboration.
• Coordinate with colleges to obtain logos and compile a comprehensive list of participating students, including a detailed bifurcation.
• Execute strategic email, SMS, and WhatsApp blasts to promote the event and reach the target audience effectively.
• Collaborate with TPOs (Training and Placement Officers) for webinar/seminar sessions to share event details directly with students.
• Organize and facilitate a launch event to kickstart the campaign, ensuring maximum exposure and participation.
• Identify and secure sponsors for the event, working closely with event management companies to plan activities for March and April.
