KSP Mekarsari is a savings and loan cooperative that provides financial services to retired Indonesian civil servants and the general public. We offer a variety of cooperative products, including loans and deposit accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all branch operational targets in Funding and Lending.

- Ensure Branch sales team achievement is achieved every month according to the work plan and profit.

- Ensure all operational activities run in accordance with the SOP that applies in the company.

- Can be a good role model for all branch employees

- Responsible for the security, tidiness and cleanliness of the branch office.

Qualifications:
• Education minimum Diploma III, preferably S1
• 2 years experience as a Branch Manager or Branch Manager in the banking
• 75% mastery of Funding (Especially: Deposits) and 25% mastery of Lending.
• Must have a database of managed funding customers
• Able and accustomed to working with individual and team targets
