Five Oaks Care Ltd are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team of Residential Support Workers whose role is to care for young adults who have learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. We have two homes situated on the same site set in large beautiful surroundings on the edge of the Brecon Beacons. Full-Time or Part-Time Positions available : Part-Time hours can be up to 29 hours per week. : Full-Time 37.5 hours per week. What we do! We work to help those in our care grow in independence by achieving daily living skills, participating in activities both in the home and community, go out for meals, shopping or to the cinema, attend medical appointments for example. We are looking for enthusiastic people to join us who enjoy helping others in all aspects of their lives and who truly want to make a difference.
