We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, adaptable and hardworking person to join our very busy practice. The position will include all aspects of a busy GP Practice, including but not limited to the following. Answering and making calls in a professional and friendly manner Signposting patients to the most appropriate care provider Managing appointments using Vision and Vision 360 Welcoming patients to the practice in a courteous and helpful manner Accurate data input, maintenance and retrieval Compliance with GDPR at all times Providing support and assistant to clinicians as required Maintain patient records and update information as necessary Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing and scanning documents Ensure a clean and organized reception area Experience : You should have a pleasant and helpful manner Work well as a team and be able to use your initiative.
