Our client is offering distinctive service in Hertford providing extended family support for three young individuals (aged 11 to 17) with complex needs. These youths require our guidance and assistance to navigate their challenges effectively.

Defining the job title for this role is challenging as you'll wear many hats - mentor , teacher, coach, parental figure, therapist, counsellor, and family liaison-all in a day's work.

The core of this role is to provide support for a young person, fostering their development into adulthood with routine, boundaries, and consistency, all delivered in a nurturing, non-judgmental manner. On any given day, you might engage in activities like horse riding, painting, driving, shopping, or virtual schooling with your assigned young person. No two days are alike.
