Electronics Design Engineer - Portsmouth HQ (2 days p/w) - Must be eligible for security clearance (British national with no dual nationality/citizenship)

A global Defence client with HQ’s around the U.K are looking to bring onboard a Security cleared or willing to be security cleared Digital Electronics Design Engineer to join the team based in Portsmouth on a hybrid remote basis.

The successful candidate will be joining at a crucial time for the business as they aim to accelerate the development of a number of their products, systems and sub-systems.

Key skills:
• Educated in either Electronics Engineering or similar
• Experience with component level digital electronic designs for introduction into volume production.
• Development of FPGA/CPLD designs.
• Digital design including processor interfacing, memory devices, PLD interfacing, UARTs, SPI, I2C and Ethernet.
• ADC/DAC devices and techniques.
• Design proving, integration, and defect resolution.
