Are you passionate about making a difference and supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Long Term Teachers is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for one of the special educational needs school we work closely with in Newton Abbot.

The School is passionate about providing it's students with the right support, care and educational framework to enable them to flourish. They're proud to be a trauma informed school, training staff to support vulnerable children through therapeutic conversations, and working with parents to support mentally healthy cultures.

Requirements
• Experience working with students with SEN
• Understanding of different SEN needs and strategies for support
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff
