**We are looking to recruit 2 support workers to work together to enable this little boy to engage in leisure activities within the local community. The child has no verbal communication and therefore will need support with being able to communicate his needs. Support will also be required with personal care as the child wears nappies. There is also a need for the support workers to be able to help this little boy to regulate his behaviours which can be triggered if he becomes overstimulated or due to sensory difficulties. The child loves the outdoors and would enjoy visits to the park, he also loves trampolines. We would like our support workers to be able to suggest things for him to do while out with you and to be able to be flexible on the day depending on his mood.
