Working in a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, Inizio Engage are excited to recruit for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant for our ambitious and dynamic client, a leading provider of Finance Technology Talent. Our client will offer study support for the AAT qualification with scope to progress in the Purchase Ledger Assistant role by assisting the Management Accountants. This is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant, friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Management and control of the purchase ledger function
• Processing and payment of contractor invoices and expenses
• Processing and payment of overhead invoices
• Setting up of new suppliers
• Contracts and supplier account data management
• Preparation of gross pay calculations (110 employees)
