Greys Specialist Recruitment is growing, due to continued success and growth we are looking for more Recruitment Consultants to join our teams.

We are offering a competitive salary, + commission, individual bonus scheme, team bonus scheme, and quarterly incentives. Internal and external training is provided along with opportunities to progress. We do regular team days and weekends.

-Maintain current relationships and build new ones with clients and candidates

-Able to do business development

-Evaluate candidates skills, experience and personality against live jobs

-Providing support and guidance to candidates and client throughout the recruitment process

-Develop recruitment strategies
