Your tasks:
• Consultation and support of our customers via telephone, email, and (video) chat for customers in UK and Ireland at our office location in Chalgrove, Oxford, UK.
• Order processing in our E-commerce system
• Handling returns and complaints
• Communication with transport service providers
• Process improvements and data maintenance
• The work schedule for this position is 10:00-16:00 or 16:00-22:00 and weekend shifts
