As a Band 5 nurse within HCRG Care Group Business Unit 10 you’ll join a team who are focused on improving the health and wellbeing of local children, predominantly between the age of 0-5 years and recently received a “good” CQC rating.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our Band 6 SCPHN Health Visitors and Community Nursery Nurses.

As the Health Visiting Staff Nurse provide preventative and supportive healthcare to children and families in Wiltshire. This includes the identification, monitoring and provision of targeted support to vulnerable children and those whose welfare and safety may be at risk. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every child gets the best start in life!
