Customer Care Coordinator Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk We are currently working with a reputable building company who are expanding their customer service team and seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join the business. Your key requirements are to provide efficient and professional customer service to all customers ensuring first class satisfaction as well as offering support to the customer care department as a whole. You will be required to have solid experience working in a demanding customer service environment, dealing with a wealth of incoming enquires, working to resolve any complaints or direct where necessary whilst remaining professional and amenable.
