An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Westmorland and Furness Family Hub Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated individual to provide a high level of management and leadership for the delivery and further development of the service.

About the role

The Family Hub Manager will provide leadership to the Family Hubs in the designated locality and manage, maintain and develop a professional service ensuring that the delivery of Westmorland and Furness’ Family Hub offer meets all requirements from the DfE.

Through the provision of management and direction to an integrated team of Family Hub workers, and the delivery of a training and development programme, the Family Hub Manager will ensure the right support is available to the right families at the right time. Support will be provided to families (0-19) up to 25 with SEND, with a range of needs including a focus on early language, parenting support, a digital offer and school readiness.
