Our client who are a leading manufacturer and distributor within the bathroom and heating industry are expanding their finance team so are recruiting for Credit Controllers to join them on a direct employed basis Role Purpose: • Timely cash collection and allocation • Production and distribution of debt reporting • Understand dynamics of Accounts Receivable to proactively identify signs of payment risk and act upon them • Accurate maintenance of related accounting / system records Role Requirements: Sales invoicing • Post out weekly sales activity • Emailing and posting copy invoices/credit notes as required Cash Collection • Maximise cash collection for customer accounts to terms • Ensure accurate allocation of cash received to invoices being settled • Proactively chase ageing debt • Allocating of cash payments • Taking Sage pay card payments • Authorising of customer orders Internal Reporting • Production of aged debt reports and distribution to responsible sales rep • Proactively...
