Responsibilities : Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero Assist the Managing Director in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Conduct data entry tasks and maintain accurate records Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner Requirements : Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role Previous experience in using Xero accountancy software Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Professional phone etiquette Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Job Type : Part-time Salary : £15.00 per hour Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week Benefits : Company pension Employee discount Free parking On-site parking Sick pay Schedule...
