We are a small international team that manages an expanding property portfolio in Mallorca and spreads our investments across the island. Our business is divided into three areas: new build in-house projects, long term rentals and holiday rentals. Our assets are continuously growing. We regularly renovate existing properties in our portfolio and acquire new properties for renovation projects.

Predator SL has set itself the goal of "transforming spaces into homes" that are characterised by exceptional design, functionality and the use of state-of-the-art materials and smart home technologies. Our aim is to transform our properties not only into aesthetic works of art, but also into welcoming living spaces where our clients feel at home and are reluctant to let their guests leave.
