Customer Service team at Pulcra Chemicals , SL is responsible for satisfying customer needs in terms of products and documentation, managing orders and the associated service.

MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the Customer Service Manager, the main functions are:
• Receive and register orders from national and international clients in the system. Confirm receipt with the client and verify prices, incoterms and payment conditions.
• Review product availability according to customer requirements.
• Carry out the necessary coordination with the Production Planning, Purchasing and Distribution departments to guarantee the service in the manner, time and quality agreed with the client.
• Inform customers of product delivery dates, as well as any changes that may arise.
• Resolution of incidents, delivery delays or other unforeseen events.
• Issuance of the necessary documentation for the transportation of the products.
