Reporting to the Director, Brewpubs & Retail Operations, the Chef is responsible for managing back-of-house operations, managing inventory and for recipe development in accordance with the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare ingredients, cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes
• Create and evaluate recipes, making menu changes as required to minimize overhead costs while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Create and maintain operational procedures for BOH staff
• Construct unique menus for special events throughout the year
• Provide training to Brewpub staff on current and new menu items
• Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within forecasted range
• Set up and clean stations according with company procedures
• Hire, train and motivate back-of-house staff to ensure sufficient help throughout the year and to enable timely delivery of food items
