Your
role:
• Perform
installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs, and updates of all Siemens
healthcare products within his/her area of expertise and assisting with other
products under supervision and approval.
• Communicating
and accept all operative requests from the Customer Care Center or designated
dispatch team. Prioritizes tasks and actions and schedules measures
accordingly.
• Escalate
incidents according to the defined parameters.
• Ensure
the proper use of tool & test equipment.
