Job Responsibilities
• To assist the Manager of Production in the production planning on monthly basis.
• Daily R.M. /P.M. planning and issuing through SAP system as per production schedule.
• To handle internal and external Audits and assisting in the completion of their reports.
• To review BMR , BCR, logbook, all production related documents and submit to QA.
• To check the processing is being done as per instructions written in BMR.
• To ensure safety, GMP, discipline housekeeping in plant.
• To prepare all documents like BMR, BCR, logbook, SOP and SOPS format.
• To follow standard operating procedure while working in plant.
• To ensure process related deviation, CAPA, change control to QA and get it documented.
• To do cleaning and process validation, PQ, OQ and maintain the same.
• To manufacture production as per Batch Manufacturing record (BMR).

Requirement

Qualification: B.Sc /M.Sc - Chemistry

Experience: 04 to 05 Years

Location: Tarapur (Boisar)
