1. Read / interpret product drawings and decide the equipment selection2. Setup CMM and Smart scope programming and ensure the program running smoothly during measurement3. Liaise with FA Engineer to design and fabricate measurement / holding jig4. Work with IPQC team on GR&R (1st group)5. Perform First Article and process capability measurement study all new NPI molds6. Review the GR&R / FAI and Cp-Cpk report before share the report to FA Engineer7. Prepare work instructions8. Trains and develop the staff under his/her responsibility how to be execute their work effectively9. Ensure compliance with legal, customer and QEHS management system requirements.10. To perform any others task assigned by his/her superior from time to time.Authorities1. Stop the measurement progress if the result deviates from approval data.2.
