Executive Secretary to CEO

Job Scope :-
• Responsible for providing a full range of executive secretarial and administrative support activities for CEO (Expat), inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure smooth operation of the CEO’s office. This position will require strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualification :-
• Thai Female, age 28 - 35
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Account, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary to expatriates is an asset
• Good interpersonal skill and skillful in dealing with people from multifunction
• Able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skill, honest, and keep the undisclosed issues for both the Executive and organization confidentially
• Maturity in performance with proper and independent decision making
• High responsibility, a wit to handle and solve the unexpected circumstances and immediate problems
