- Document Controller of FSQMS i.e. FSSC22000, and ISO14001- Preparing documentation for Management Representation- Monthly updates Food Safety Regulation that complies to end country i.e. Japan, China, Hong Kong Singapore, Korea, etc. and find new regulation that concern with product.- Conducting a regulatory check for food compliance of raw material and product recipe (Comply to Thailand, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, and other country that sale or RD request)- Review Ingredient list (detail on labelling) to comply food safety regulation of end country.- Prepare and review product specification (NFIT & customer specification) to comply food safety regulation, HACCP, and product standard (based on end country product- Internal Auditor for FSQMS- Supplier auditor, work with purchasing.- To complete other tasks as assigned More Detail
