Plant HR Specialist will oversee Site compensation and Benefit, Local recruitment and selection,

Human Resource Development and Employee Relation at Solmax Rayong plant also support Regional Talents development for APAC Region.

Compensation and Benefits

· Handle overall HR administrative tasks in HR Department at Rayong plant such as leave form,

staff’s card, time attendance report, headcount and man power report etc.

· Assist, develop and implement new benefit packages at site, ensuring the current and

competitive and in line with legal requirements

· Update all data also benefit for payroll process

· Assist HR leader to implement salary structures for site to ensure compensation & benefits

policies and programs of the company are competitive in the market and industry

· Prepare site payroll data, check payroll register report, reconcile report and validation report
