Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect located in Phuket. The Design Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating blueprints, and overseeing the construction process. They will collaborate with engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet functional requirements and comply with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Lead design conceptualization and execution for our new coffee shop.
• Oversee all aspects from design to application, ensuring a cohesive and inviting space.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to bring the design vision to life within budget and timelines.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in interior design and project management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in design software.
