The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate the movement of personnel to various project sites, ensuring timely deployment and adherence to project schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of employee assignments, rotations, and travel arrangements.
• Communicate with Project Managers and department heads to assess manpower requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
• To monitor crew training requirements, keep track of the certifications and qualifications needed for each crew member.
• For foreign crew working visas, to keep track of the expiration dates for each crew member's visa and remind HQ to initiate the renewal... More Detail
