Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Applicants must be willing to work in Chemor, Perak.

Bahasa Malaysia, English

Responsibilities:
Ensure sales order confirmation is duly completed prior to data entry into the system.
Issuance of invoices (commercial / tax / proforma/ debit note / credit note).
Prepare weekly AR aging and prompt follow up on collection from customers.
Regular review of outstanding sales order in system.
Responsible for sales related reports (by customers / by products / by salesperson etc).
Prompt issuanace of statement of accounts and reminders.
Preparation of monthly GST reporting to custom.
Regular review of debtor balance and ensure no negative balance in debtor's ledger. More Detail
