Job Description

As a Senior Production Manager, you will report directly to our COO and Head of Production. You will oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing polymer films, textiles, paper, or packaging films. You will lead a team of production operators, collaborate with R&D and quality assurance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
