Responsibilities
• Performs job functions in support of the vision, mission, quality management system statements and the shared values of the institution.
• Assists the Head of Guidance and Testing Center in developing a comprehensive guidance program for college, high school and international students.
• Prepares monthly initial interview reports, forms, inventories, questionnaires and other instruments needed for gathering information about students.
• Assesses student need as basis of developing a comprehensive Guidance and Testing Program
• Maintains and updates the individual inventory record of students and other files.
• Conducts pre-dropping, pre-transferring, completion and pre-shifting interview to students and exit interview to graduating students.
• Conducts intake/routine interview and facilitates walk-in, follow up and parent conferences to special group of population.
