• Effectively manage the LMS including but not limited to functionality, appearance, settings, and usage.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of technology related to the LMS software and systems
• Develop relevant policies and procedures to support the utilisation of the LMS in line with other Learning and Development policies and procedures
• Provide the relevant analyses and recommendations on solutions for the LMS to deliver, track and measure performance of the LMS.
• Provide knowledge and train the L&D Administrator on:
• Creating user logins
• Tracking learner progress
• Sending online invitations
• General LMS functionality
• Effectively manage user access including:
• Assigning user permissions
• Create and manage user structures including the creation of user groups and learning cohorts.
• Provide trouble shooting assistance for learners logging onto the LMS.
