Description

Job Descriptions.
1) Operate various machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet production goals.
2) Conduct visual inspections, perform quality checks, and make adjustments to equipment as necessary to maintain quality.
3) Set up machinery for production runs, including adjusting settings, calibrating equipment, and loading raw materials. Make necessary adjustments during production to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
4) Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery or equipment, such as malfunctions or defects. Take appropriate corrective actions to resolve problems and minimize disruption to production.
5) Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. This may include lubricating parts, replacing worn components, and cleaning work areas.
