Duties
• Serves as Personnel Programs Manager with responsibility for management, oversight and integration of a variety of programs.
• Programs are designed to support the well-being and personal development of the Soldiers, Civilian employees, Family members, retirees, contract personnel, and others who comprise the installation/garrison community.
• Advise on implementation of Human Resources policies and programs to the Garrison Commander (GC) or Deputy to the Garrison Commander (DGC).
• Responsible for the final review and recommendation on the Financial Program and Budget Plan for assigned programs.
• Provide technical and administrative supervision of administrative, professional, and technical personnel engaged in the directorate operations.
• Serve as spokesperson and representative in meetings and conferences with partner organizations and representatives of higher echelons.
