International Claims Executive – Belgium

We are looking for a caring, professional individual who is based in Brussels to become part of our Claims team at William Russell.

The role - Our International Claims Executives are key to providing an expert, high quality, personal, yet always professional claims service to our customers at times when they need a helpful, supportive voice on the end of a phone.

The department is responsible for managing customers medical claims, proactively contacting members, responding to enquires, loading and processing claims and payments, providing assistance, pre-authorisation and communicating coverage.

You will provide reassurance, empathy and care in all interactions. Maintaining professionalism, whilst ensuring that plan terms and conditions are adhered to and all communication is timely and jargon free.
