A company consisting of several catering establishments in HORECA sector is looking for a full-time Human Ressources Collaborator (M/F).

As a HR, you will be responsible for supporting the operations team in various administrative tasks including payroll, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, assist with day-to day office operations, follow Belgian legislation in Horeca industry.

Your Mission:
• Manage payroll and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with relevant HR legislation and company policies and procedures
• Verification of regulatory social documents
• Various administrative followups
• Preparation of indicators / Declaration & control of staff hours
• Help managers to have a good HR strategy and ensure the management of recruitment to simplify the progress of the various activities as much as possible.
