To track our progress towards this goal we need a quantifying metric. In 2019, Bühler quantified the environmental footprint (CO2eq, land, water-use) of all key products processed through Bühler technology, and quantified the impact of key technologies & services to show how they contribute to reducing the environmental footprint of the products processed by Bühler Customers.
