Job Description
• Support Mall Manager managing and monitoring the efficiency and quality of services and maintenance suppliers, related to the common area.
• Support Mall Manager to check, supervise and manage all the operations of tenants within the Shopping Center, to ensure that tenants respect the Shopping Center’s regulations and abide by contract terms & conditions
• Receive new leasing request from prospective clients, collect Leasing Registration Forms to send to Mall Manager and Commercial Department. Follow up leasing contracts, receive all tenants’ requirement relating to leasing contract and report to Mall Manager
• Be responsible for administrative formalities, receive and manage all administrative informations, prepare correspondence as required by Mall Manager

• Education: Bachelor degree or College
• Experience: 1 year, majoring in Business Administration or Store/Order management
